Sherry Rose and Stellar Brands offer hands-on support for their franchisees all the way from on-boarding to opening and beyond. Sherry is the CEO of Stellar Brands and knows her franchisees are local business owners, taking on the risk, burdens and benefits of running their own business.
Sherry’s mission is to support small businesses as they are brought into the franchise model. Not only does Sherry encourage her franchisees, but she also finds it imperative for their employees to feel purpose in the company. Humbled by her franchisees hard work, Sherry notes “when you are in service, naturally, you are thinking about others and franchisees, as diverse as they are, the way they give back is diverse.”
