Born into a franchise family, Robbie was always impressed with his parents’ work ethic. Now, Robbie Massie is a franchise owner of a Great Clips in the Minneapolis area.
Robbie appreciates the franchise model because it provides you with all the tools you need to be a successful business owner, while also allowing the freedom of owners to run their own business. He likens franchising to a playbook where the franchisee gets to call all the plays.
There are two Great Clips franchisees in the Minneapolis market who started as receptionists and have been with Great Clips for 40+ years. Growth within the businesses is a huge benefit to the franchising model and, according to Robbie, is the most special part the job.
