Monica Feid serves as the Chief Operating Officer of BizCom Associates, bringing over 25 years of experience in public relations and marketing communications for franchise companies and entrepreneurs. Her journey in franchising began when she worked as an Account Executive at Hadeler White Public Relations, where she assisted the International Franchise Association with media relations at national expos. This experience ignited her passion for the industry, leading her to join BizCom Associates as Vice President in 1999. Over the years, she advanced to the role of President in 2017 before becoming COO in 2022.
Reflecting on her career and why she has chosen the franchise sector, Monica describes her time in franchising as a “privilege and honor to work with franchisors, franchisees, and the IFA ever since,” emphasizing her commitment to helping others succeed.
She believes franchising is “a force for good in the business world,” as it empowers franchisors and franchisees to give back to their communities.
