Kristopher Stuart has been an integral part of Bloomin’ Blinds since its inception, starting as the very first employee and field technician. His commitment to the company helped propel it to nearly $3 million in annual revenue. Alongside his role at Bloomin’ Blinds, Kristopher pursued a career as a Firefighter/Paramedic, serving as an Engine Co. Lieutenant from 2008 to 2020. This experience not only honed his leadership skills but also provided him with valuable insights into team dynamics and people management.
Today, as Chief Operations Officer since 2014, Kristopher is dedicated to coaching franchisees in growth and business development. He takes great pride in empowering owners to become self-aware business operators, fostering their abilities to succeed. “I’m so grateful for franchising; it’s been an incredible journey,” he shares, reflecting on the company’s evolution.
