Gloria Roach started her career at Hammer and Nails in their corporate office in 2018. Headquartered in Folsom, California, Hammer and Nails is a unique approach to the evergreen self-care and grooming industry, making a name for themselves as the premier grooming shop for guys. Each location offers a customer experience catered to men, providing a space for them to feel pampered and taken care of. The franchise has been a huge success across the country, discovering an untapped niche in timeless industry.
Gloria took over the Folsom franchise location in April of this year after working for the corporate office. As a franchise owner, she loves having the community that comes with being a part of a franchise. On top of that, knowing that there are already systems and protocols in place to follow as a business owner is comforting. Gloria notes that with franchising, “You’re never starting from scratch.”
